The bathroom has a large bath and a walk in shower. Tastefully furnished, the lounge-dining area leads onto the balcony with the same stunning views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and Lions Head. A fully equipped kitchen with Bosch oven and hob, LG frost free fridge, top of the range Whirlpool microwave, Brevel coffee maker, Kettle, Toaster and LG washing machine/tumble drier. The second bedroom has a double bed and a window opening on to the balcony. Remote access undercover parking in a staffed garage is provided for all residents, with easy access to your apartment via an elevator.
